The moment
Taurus had built something real. Nearly two decades in the health and fitness industry. A loyal customer base. A reputation for genuine expertise. But the visual identity had stayed still while the business kept growing. The logo no longer reflected the weight of what the brand had earned.
The real problem
This wasn't a case of a bad logo. It was a case of a logo that had stopped telling the right story. Taurus's community knew what the brand stood for. But for anyone new, the visual identity wasn't communicating the authority and credibility that already existed inside the business. The direction was clear. Honour what was already there. Evolve it into something that could carry the business forward.
The direction
The existing logo had recognition worth protecting. A complete overhaul would have discarded the equity Taurus had built with its community. Instead the work focused on what needed to change to make the identity feel current, confident, and built for growth. Typography refined for strength and clarity. A complementary emblem developed for use across apparel and merchandise. A visual system that worked across every surface the brand touched, from the storefront to digital to product.

What changed
Taurus now looks like the business it actually is. The updated identity carries the same community recognition it always had, and adds the visual authority that was missing. A brand that had earned its place in the market now looks like it.
